FAQ – The Br$ke Club

1. When will my order be delivered?
We will process your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on where you live, but on average it takes:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2-5 working days

• Europe: 4-7 business days

• International: 5-10 business days

2. How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location and order. We ship worldwide 🌍

3. Can I return my order?
Yes! You have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. Email us at info@thebrokeclub.com with your order number and reason, and we will help you further.

4. I received the wrong or damaged product. What now?
We will solve this immediately. Contact us within 7 days of receipt and send clear photos. We will provide a replacement or solution.

5. Are your sizes unisex?
Most of our garments are unisex (for everyone). If in doubt, check the size chart for each product or send us a message.

6. Do you also ship abroad?
Yes we do! Whether you live in Amsterdam or LA – we ship worldwide. Check your shipping costs and estimated delivery time at checkout.
